Insight: your own AI colleague working in your company
The problem is not that you don't have AI
Almost every company now uses AI. Someone in the office works with ChatGPT, another with Claude. It helps, a little. Yet, little changes within the company itself. This is because AI lands in the wrong place: in the browser of one employee. The model doesn't know your company, the knowledge remains stuck in one chat history, and something only happens if someone remembers it.
Insight is the work environment where your company deploys its own AI colleague. One place where your work, your knowledge, your figures, and your systems come together, where people and AI consult in the same thread, and where the AI independently performs work within limits you set yourself.
In short: Insight moves AI from the browser of one employee to the infrastructure of your company.
How it works
Imagine a colleague who is never away.
1. You put a card on the board
For example: find out why customer X's invoices have been open for three months. You tap on Go do it.
2. The AI colleague gets to work
He searches in the invoicing system, the email correspondence and the payment history, and writes under the same card what he found, what he did and for what he needs your approval.
3. You adjust in the same thread
You type below that the contract was adjusted last year. He reads it and continues. No new conversation: everything that has been said before is still there.
And while you sleep, the checks continue without you having to ask for them: are all websites still running, is a certificate expiring, has an invoice not been paid, has mail arrived that needs attention.
What you do: commission, approve, reject, adjust, and decide what does not belong to a machine.
What Insight does: research, build, measure, prepare, report, and stop the moment the next step is irreversible or goes public.

Insight reads and writes in the systems where the work really happens. Existing integrations include Exact Online, WeFact, HostFact, Mollie, Bloxs, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads. If your system is not listed, it's a configuration question, not an impossibility.
Insight is currently used by companies in areas such as debtor management, property management, insurance, and healthcare, all on the same software. Your environment is set up around the way you already work, not the other way around.
Why not just separate AI subscriptions?
A good question. Separate subscriptions are cheap and active tomorrow, and for some companies, that's enough. Insight runs the same type of AI model that you would get in a separate subscription. The difference lies in everything around it: the workspace, the memory, the integrations, the boundaries, and the follow-up.

What the AI colleague is allowed to do himself, and where he stops
A colleague has an assignment, a mandate and accountability. In Insight, all three are technically regulated.
He does it independently
- Research, analyze, measure and report
- Retrieve data from your systems
- Prepare concepts and documents
- Update overviews
- Signal what needs attention
He stops by definition
- Do not send anything outside
- Do not approach any customer or third party
- Do not cancel or take anything offline
- No financial changes
- Do not delete anything
If he encounters such a limit, he returns the work with a ready-made plan, so you can approve or disapprove with one tap. If he doesn't know something, he asks a concrete question. You set the limit yourself, per topic, with a defined mandate. What is not included in that, does not happen.
Your data is on a dedicated server under our management in Europe, with encrypted backups, two-factor authentication, and access that is closed by default.
Insight suits you if
- there is work that comes back every week and requires judgment
- your information is spread across systems that don't communicate with each other
- knowledge is currently mainly in the heads of a few people
- you, as owner or director, make the decisions yourself
Insight is NOT the right choice if
- you occasionally want to ask AI a question: then a separate subscription is fairer advice
- it concerns one fixed task without exceptions: a regular integration is cheaper for that
- your processes are not yet digital
- you have a certification requirement such as ISO 27001 or an external security audit: we do not have those today
How to get started
1. Introduction
One conversation: what's getting stuck, where does most of the time go, which systems do you use? If Insight doesn't add anything for you, we'll tell you.
2. Choose one process
Not your whole company. One thing that takes time and is measurable: the weekly overview, outstanding items, inspection rounds.
3. Set up and use
We build your board and connect the first systems, usually within 2 to 6 weeks. After that, you put tasks on the board yourself and we expand at your pace.
